Working with me provides you with space to discuss all your pregnancy related questions and gain evidenced based knowledge to assist you in having an empowered birth experience. You can join solo, with a support person, or a combo of both. I offer in person and virtual birth coaching sessions customized to your unique needs. I focus on birth anatomy and physiology, nervous system regulation, preparing for the hospital, and movement based practices to bring comfort and ease to your pregnancy.
